The Talos Principle: Secret Level

In my last post I spoke of a secret level that you needed to obtain all the stars to access. In this video I will show you how to complete that secret level. This level is a little different to the other levels so please try to figure out how it works before watching this video.

In this secret level you have to use the ability to record your actions in order to open the gate and complete the puzzle. At the end of this puzzle the piece that you get either has no use or I haven't heard of a use for it in the demo version of the game.

That's all for now, I'll see you all later.

Unturned: Building a Home

A very time and material consuming build
In my last post I was talking about the vehicles in Unturned. Now I will tell you  about all the building and constructing that you can use to survive in the wild.

Building a house can be very hard and requires you to get scavenging for a few things.
What you will need:

  • Axe/Fire axe/Chainsaw (to chop the trees)
  • Pickaxe (if using stone)
  • Handsaw (so that you can also use logs for      planks)
  • Vehicle (to get to and from trees faster)
Once you have everything listed above you must find yourself a good location to build your home. Their are many recommended places to build your house like near farms or towns as farms give loot good for food and hunting and towns are a good supply of everyday needs. If you wanted to you could find a pre-built structure, fortify it and live there. Watch out though, near pre built structures are zombie homes.

A few things you could do after building a house is to get a bedroll, so that you can respawn there, put up torches for lighting, make a camp fire to cook any food you come across and make some crates to store you loot. When you are making crates, be careful about what type of wood you use, birch crates have a capacity of 24, maple's capacity is 28 and pine has 32 spaces.

That's all for now, I'll see you all later.

First Ascension! BEST Starter Ancients!

Hey everyone! I'm back today to give an update on my browser account (as well as good starter ancients) and an update to how close I am to getting the official AGG clan started.

First off, I ascended for the first time today and have progressed at a much faster rate then that of my first ascension (obviously). I'm currently up to stage 67 and am progressing smoothly. I ascended for 9 souls and put them all into ancients as the DPS increase is useful but not so much in such small numbers.

The first ancients I bought are Vaagar, Libertas and Dora. Three very useful ancients in their own ways and all useful enough to buy in the early game. Vaagar decreases cool down time of abilities up to a max of -75% (ie. 10min - 2min 30sec) which is incredibly useful early on as abilities are a big part of the game when killing bosses and breaking walls. Libertas is an all around amazing ancient giving extra gold from monsters whilst idle (no clicks for a minute). Finally, Dora gives you a higher chance of getting treasure chests to spawn which is again, useful even in the early game.

Lastly is the ancients that I would recommend getting first. There is a list that can be found here which is quite widely agreed on as an accurate guide. Personally however, I have my own recommendations that go something like this. Remember, this list is for the early game!

1. Siyalatas (DPS increase whilst idle)
2. Libertas (Gold increase whilst idle)
3. Kumawakamaru (Less monsters per stage)
4. Vaagar (Less ability cool down)
5. Atman (Higher chance of primal boss spawn)
6. Solomon (More souls from primal bosses)
7. Mammon (More gold dropped)
8. Dora (Higher treasure chest spawn chance)
9. Mimzee (More gold from treasure chests)
10. Dogcog/Fortuna (Lower cost for hiring & upgrading heroes/Chance of x10 gold)

These ancients, If you see them early on, I would consider getting. The higher ranked ones are generally better in the early stages and then going down the list, the ancients become more effective slightly later into the game. All of these ancients are excellent choices and you should definitely consider buying them if they're an option. IF THERE ARE NONE OF THESE ANCIENTS AS AN OPTION! Reroll. It's not worth getting anything else and the reroll cost is small so just do it.

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed/learned something!

Until next time!

Unturned: Intro and Vehicles

I recently found a game that I haven't played for a while and I don't understand why I stopped. It is a game similar to any zombie survival game, but you are more free than in most games. Not only can you search villages and find tools, you can also chop down trees or smash rocks for materials. Using these materials and more you can build a house. An example of a house that is time consuming to build is shown on the left.

You can also find different vehicles and drive them around. Some of these vehicles are only found in certain maps or locations but others can be found almost anywhere. One of the map specific vehicles is a snowmobile which is found in the Yukon map. However these vehicles do need to be refuelled sometimes and to do this you will need a fuel can. I your vehicle does run out of fuel and you do not have any fuel on you then you will have to walk to the nearest town and get some, unfortunately you cannot push your car along. When getting a vehicle to stick with it is best to get the one that has the most protection(if on multi-player) and takes the most fuel. Some people might think that only using 1 or 2 fuel tanks to fill a car is good but it actually means that the car has a small maximum fuel amount.

I believe that unturned is a simple and free game that I would recommend to anyone that likes this sort of game.

That's all for now, I'll see you all later.

Talos Principle: All Stars

In this video I will show you how to obtain all the stars in the Talos Principle Demo. Collecting all of these stars will unlock a bonus secret level. I will be doing another video soon to show you how to complete the secret level as well.

Star No. 1: This star is found underneath the bridge that you first spawn on. It is under the very middle of the bridge. Don't worry, even though you are a robot you can swim.

Star No. 2: Behind the gigantic castle is where you will find this star. Going around the left side of the castle is easier for me as the rocks have a path straight through them.

Star No. 3: Once you have completed the first puzzle turning around to run around the battlements will be how to earn star number 3.

Star No. 4: To get the fourth star you must use the hexahedron from the medium puzzle to climb a wall and go over it. There is a secret area in the medium puzzle that will hide this star.

Star No. 5: This star is also in the medium puzzle but this one is a bit different. To get it you must use the two connectors from the medium puzzle and one hidden outside to gain access to a last star.

Star No. 6: The last star is hidden in the fourth puzzle. I collected it on my play through of that level and it is probably the easiest to find as it is in plain view once you complete the hard puzzle.

That's all for now, I'll see you all later.

Goodgame Empire! Basic Attack Layout & Tools!

Hey everyone, I'm back today talking to you about a game that I used to play a LOT called Goodgame Empire. This game is unlike anything I've really seen on the internet and is definitely one of a kind.

Goodgame Empire is, as I said, one of a kind so I'm not completely sure as to what genre it is but it is similar to Clash of Clans and is a strategy base building game. The basic base layout is similar to Clash of Clans but there is much more to it then that.

First off, attacking. Attacks are much different to other strategy games as you can do many things to learn of your opponent's defence before you attack them so that you aren't blazing in wildly without any proper knowledge. You can send espionages to enemy castles to find out what troops they have defending and which defensive tools they have at their disposal. You then place your troops to attack either the gate or flanks and set off to battle.

Your troops will take a period of time to get to the target and the enemy can see the attack coming so it's always a risk as their alliance members can send defensive troops to help their members and perhaps get a defensive win from you.

You can also add to your attack and defence by creating siege or defence tools. They give you a bonus when attack or defending the gate or flanks. They can be crucial to winning battles a lot of the time so it is often a good idea to take some into each and every battle for that extra bit of help.

Thanks so much for reading everyone and I hope you enjoyed!

Until next time!

The Talos Principle: Fourth Puzzle

I have been doing videos that show you how to complete the puzzles of the Talos Principle. I have already done three puzzles and this is the fourth, unfortunately though, this is also the last. The reason for this is because I only have the trial of the game and so I cannot do any further puzzles. I hope that last one will help you out a lot and that you have enjoyed the first level.

In this puzzle you must complete a mini-puzzle to get in. Then once you have gotten the fan, hexahedron and the connector, lift the connector up on the hexahedron above the walls so that you can power the final gate and get through to the end.

That's all for now, I'll see you all later.

Clicker Heroes - Regilding - Phthalo (& Update!)

Hey everyone! I'm back today with another Clicker Heroes post. Today I'm going to be talking about regilding into Phthalo and a quick update on my steam and browser accounts.

So, I've been grinding out ascensions and upgrading my ancients. Collecting up gilds and slowly progressing further into the levels. During this time I've reached a few big milestones and today I'm going to share them with you.

First of all, I've reached a new highest zone ever of 1664! This means I've added one more achievement to my collection for both steam and the actual game, and that I've now got only 13 total achievements left to get in the game, most of them being stage related.

Next up is just a quick little update which is where we're at in my steam account clan. We are currently up to immortal level 24 which we've been stuck on for a little while. The good news is that we're getting very close sometimes so we should be able to take it down without too much more grinding.

Finally is an update on my gilding. I have gathered up a total of 187 gilds across all of my heroes and very recently regilded into Phthalo. Since the way I save up for Phthalo is to level up (starting at Dread Knight) all the ranger heroes to level 400 then move onto the next one. This means Dread to 400 then Atlas, Terra then finally I put the rest of my money into Phthalo before ascending as I slow.

This new strategy works wonderfully for me and I'm hopefully going to be getting into much higher levels after this regild.

Thanks a bunch for reading and I hope you enjoyed! Also, I will be creating the clan with my browser account shortly (just need more rubies) so please be on the lookout for that, remember, there are no level requirements but you must comment on the post with your ign and highest zone ever (hze).

Until next time!

Clash of Clans: The Archer Queen Ability - I Can't Wait!

When I first got my Barbarian King, I thought it was great.  He was a real tank and did solid damage, even if he did tend to wander from time to time.  Then I got my Archer Queen - Wow.

Now that I have been using her for a while, it is clear that her strength is her damage and her distance.  With a Healer on her shoulder, she can take out Air Defence before they can reach the healer.  It is great!

I have been playing a "Hero and Healer" strategy, with each Hero supported by two Healers.  They stay alive a long time and, supported with the right ground troops and a Jump spell and they are a LOT of fun.

In fact, the "Hero and Healer" strategy, when used entirely on the Archer Queen can be incredibly powerful, even right up to TH10.  Don't get scared now!  Some people will use as many as 10 Healers on their Queen just to keep her alive, she is such a powerful unit when in play.

...just don't forget, she only targets the 'nearest' building, so some archers or minions to take out the distractions (extra support buildings) can be an excellent support for her.

Then, when I get attacked and see the Archer Queen ability summoned, I can't wait to get mine to that level.  It looks great and is super effective.

Still, for now I have been working hard and I have her up to Level 4.  It won't be long now.  I'll let you know what I think once I have given her what she needs to get stronger, sneakier and more powerful.

It's gonna be great!

Game hard.

The Talos Principle: Third Puzzle

Any of you that have seen my previous two posts would know about the game The Talos Principle. I have been making video tutorials to help out anyone that could not solve the puzzle themselves. In this video I will show you how to complete the third puzzle of the game. The last puzzle for the first stage will come later on so please be patient.

A Mini-Puzzle
In the third puzzle of the game you must work your way around may different gates and find holes in walls to use with the connector. You must place the connector in precise places in order to complete this puzzle. There is also a mini-game within this puzzle.in which you must place the blocks in the correct places in order to open a gate. There is another game on steam that is based on this and it is called Sigils of Elohim

That's all for now, I'll see you all later.

The Talos Principle: Second Puzzle

A picture of the second puzzle
If you have seen my previous post you should know about a game called, The Talos Principle. The Talos Principle is a puzzle game and so I have decided to help out anyone that cannot figure out one of the puzzles by making video tutorials on how to complete the first few puzzle.

In this puzzle you must use a hexahedron to raise a connector above the beams of the already placed connector. If you don't use the hexahedron then both of the connector's beams will collide and cancel each other out.

That's all for now, I'll see you all later.

The Talos Principle: First Puzzle

I found a puzzle game called The Talos Principle that I enjoyed quite a lot.

I don't have the full version yet but I hope to get it soon. If any of you are have trouble with the first few puzzles then your in luck, because I will be making walk through videos that will show you how to do the first few levels. I have the tutorial for the first level below and I will be making more later.

In this level you have to use the jammers to open the gates. You open the gate with one jammer, then place the other jammer on the other side to hold it open. You are then able to take the first jammer and repeat this as many times as you need to.

That's all for now, I'll see you all later.

Adventure Capitalist!

Hey everyone! I'm back today talking to you about another game I've been getting into recently which falls into the same, Idle Game, genre as Clicker Heroes.

This game, however, doesn't have you battling your way through bosses and monsters and collecting gold in which to do that faster. Instead, your goal is to invest into different things such as a lemonade stand, car wash, pizza delivery, and more! These investments take time to generate cash and generate more cash depending on the time they take.

For example, the lemonade stand takes a very short amount of time to complete but gives less cash the the pizza delivery which gives more cash. You can also upgrade these investments which make them give more cash when you collect from them and can also increase their speed depending on what levels you get them to! eg. Level: 25, 50, 100.

You can also buy lots of different managers who run your investment businesses after you hire them. This means that as soon as an investment business finishes and gives you cash, it instantly starts again meaning you can get cash from faster investments while you're away.

The last part of the game I'm going to mention is Angel Investors. Angel Investors are basically Clicker Heroes' Hero Souls. Angel Investors are drawn to you if you earn enough money. Each one gives you a permanent 2% bonus but here's the catch. Like Clicker Heroes, you must restart to get these investors, but again, like Clicker Heroes. It is very worth it!

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed! I will also be bringing out that Clicker Heroes clan post when I can so be ready for that!

Until next time!

Clicker Heroes: Update!

Hey everyone! I'm back today to give you a quick update on my progress, ancients, gilds and stages that I'm up to in Clicker Heroes. I'll also talk a little bit about clans and how you could be able to join one shortly.

First of all, I have broken that stage 1500 milestone by a fair way and am actually nearing 1600 whilst on a deep run. My HZE (Highest Zone Ever) is currently 1574 and is the second highest of my clan. Although I have reached this stage I normally ascend at around levels 1400-1450 as I start slowing down after this point.

Next is my gilds which are actually looking quite different! I have abandoned Samurai and now only have gilds into the Power Ranger characters (just a nickname!) which is pretty much Dread Knight and everyone after him. I have 10 gilds into both Dread and Atlas then the rest are still into Terra, a total 155.

Next up are my ancients. As this is near impossible to get a single picture of, here is a little collection of pictures showing all the ancients I have and their levels...

Sorry about the pictures looking a bit out of whack!

Last but not least, I have started a new account as of writing this post and once able to, I will create a Clan for all of you to join! (if you want to, that is) I will bring out a post as soon as I create this Clan and will ask you to comment on that post with your Clicker Heroes Nickname, and I will accept ONLY those people who comment on the post so as to let only readers join.

Due to the fact that this is a new account of mine that I've created, there will be absolutely no level requirement, as long as you can use clans, you can join! Note: I believe you have to have ascended once to be able to join clans.

Thanks a bunch for reading and I hope you enjoyed! Remember to look out for when the clan is made!

Until next time!

Clash of Clans: The Archer Queen

Well, I have kept it up.  I have maintained a very high presence in Clash of Clans and have powered through to Town Hall 9.  It is an interesting game at many levels and as I get higher, it is clear that the finer elements of the game become more important...but more about that in another post.
.

Town Hall 9 is a significant achievement for a number of reasons, not least of which is the change in appearance of the Town Hall. Up to this level, the Town Halls have always had a similar look, however the look for level 9 is unlike any other.  The strange thing is, they only have this design for Town Hall 9.  Town Hall 10 is very different again, so it is an interesting design choice.

But the other main achievement is the introduction of the second Hero - the Archer Queen.

She might not have the burly strength of the Barbarian King, but she packs a mean punch.

Just like the other Hero, at Level 5 she gives me a special attack. She turns invisible and summons some fellow archers to distract the defences.  I have seen this used against me, and combined with her range and increased damage during this ability, it is pretty powerful.

Actually, a point on her range...she can take out targets from a long way away.  This is particularly useful when you pair her with two Healers. She is able to take out the air defence from a such a distance that the Healers don't get hit at all.  Very, very useful.

When I first wrote about the Barbarian King, I was concerned with getting 12,500 Dark Elixir...well, the Archer Queen starts at 22,500!  Anyone farming for Dark Elixir will realise this is no mean feat.  That said, with two Heroes fighting for you, it does come a lot quicker than it used to.

Anyway, that is it for now...time to work on Level 2!

Game hard.

Clash of Clans: Barbarian King Ability - Finally!

A little while ago I posted that I had earned my Barbarian King, and I was lamenting how hard it would be to get the Dark Elixir required to upgrade him.  I thought it would be a real struggle, and do you know what?  IT WAS!!!

Going through it is much more traumatic than looking back at it, where it didn't seem that hard at all.  Still, it is interesting how that relative perspective does change.

Each level required more and more Dark Elixir, but it was never truly out of reach, it just seemed that way sometimes...until, keeping the game alive manually ('cause I hate cheating), I got what I needed and the final upgrade to Level 5 was underway.

I was excited when I realised it wasn't long before he was awake again.  I had to take him through his paces in a real fight - and he didn't disappoint.  I had barbarians in my Clan Castle and let them loose to follow the big guy into the heat of battle.  A few hits to the Health Bar and BOOM!  Ability.  Rage.  Barbarian Rage.

It was awesome.  He wrecked.  It was worth it.

I don't know what that Dark Elixir does to him, but he certainly seems to enjoy it, and I enjoy the impact when it comes to a street fight.

So what next?

I know.  My Valkyries.  I know, I know...lots of people hate them 'cause they cost too much Dark Elixir. Still, for me, they have nearly 1000 Hit Points, they are fast, and they do excellent damage (and they look good doing it!).  They even position themselves to damage two buildings at once...and there isn't much better you can have in your Clan Castle.

Yeah, they are expensive, but they are a great asset to my attacking force.

Game hard.

Spore - Creature Creation

Tired of your planet? Build a new one as you embark on the most amazing journey ever. Use fun and easy to use creation tools as you evolve your unique creature, establish tribes, build civilizations, sculpt worlds and explore the cosmos! Along the way you can choose to be nice or play it rough, with  lasting consequences for your game. Visit the Spore website to check out all the other cool creations your friends and people from around the world are making, and the pull them into your world and play with them! What you create is entirely up to you, the only limit is your imagination!

These are just a few examples of  the
creatures that could be made in spore.

Although many that have heard of Spore think that all you can create is creatures, which is still awesome, that is not all there is too it. Throughout Spore you get the opportunity to design houses, cars, boats and even space crafts. There is such a huge variety of things to do in Spore that you could play all day evolving you cell to eventually become a space fairing creature.

But do not think that once you have reached space you are done with Spore, in space your creature and his species are always discovering new things in the universe, like the mysterious Grox or new ways to sculpt planets and make them more habitable. I have played Spore for a while and spent more than half of the game in space because it is so fun.

Stranded Deep

I just got a new game called Stranded Deep and it is insanely fun. The game starts off in a private jet where you learn basic crafting and how to move. Then suddenly the jet crashes and you are the only survivor. You get into a life raft that happens to be in front of an engine when the engine explodes, and you are pushed towards an island. You then paddle to the island and begin your first day surviving in Stranded Deep.
In Stranded Deep you must fight for your life. You must find food and water to live by using your water bottle, a bucket or even simple coconuts. There are also many different foods from crabs to coconuts to sharks and even various different fish, but getting these necessities can prove to be harder than you think. with various sharks and marlin patrolling the water hoping to get a taste of fresh blood.

To help you survive in Stranded Deep there are many crashed shipwrecks with various loot inside of them. You can find anything from parts for a boat motor an axe or a hammer. There is also loot that helps you with primary goals such as a bucket of water that can be boiled for fresh water then refilled and boiled again for infinite water.

I have enjoyed this game very much and I hope that you do to. I will also be doing a series of posts to help with different parts of the game and I may even start a game play series of it.

Solforge: Basics of Battle

Hey everyone! I'm back today with another Solforge post! Today's post is going to hopefully (if you haven't played it yourself) teach you a thing or two about the basics of Solforge combat. Be ready for a fair bit of reading!
Solforge Battle Layout
The picture above is a layout of what a Solforge Battle looks like. From this example you can see that I am playing against Computer Easy (found top right) and that the computer has placed a Cinderfist Brawler in the 3rd (middle) lane. Now, let's take a quick look at the rest of the miscellaneous parts of the layout before going into the cards themselves.

In the top right corner it contains information about you're opponent and the bottom right, about you. We'll just look at the top (as the bottom is the same). So the name of my enemy is 'Computer Easy' and they currently have 100 health remaining (number inside blood drop). They are also only on level 1 (number in the green glow) and are a quarter of the way to level 2 (the amount of ring glowing). The other 2 values are fairly irrelevant and just talk about how many cards you have/have discarded.
Cinderfist Brawler
Attack - 7  Health - 3

Now onto the cards themselves. There are 2 types of cards, monster and spell cards. Monster cards are cards that have attack and health and will, once you hit battle, fight the monster across from them. They deal (for e.g.) 7 damage to the enemy creatures health and lose health equal to the enemies attack. Some creatures also have special effects when placed or when the kill something, anything like this will be just under the card after you double click on it.

The second type of card is a spell card. Spell cards have all sorts of different effects and bonuses such as healing your own health, increasing your monsters health/attack, decreasing opponents health, decreasing opponents monsters health and more. There are no two spell cards the same but you know what they are if they don't have attack and health. Just read what the card says it does and try to use it the best that you can.

Anyway, that's all from me folks. I hope you enjoyed this longer and more different post and let me know if you want more in depth guides to certain games and I'll see what I can do.

Thanks,
- Deefooty

Clicker Heroes: Iris, Ancient of Vision

Hey everyone! I'm back today with another Clicker Heroes post. Today I'm going to be talking about a certain ancient in particular that helps out a bunch in the mid to late game.

Clickable
Iris
Iris is an Ancient within Clicker Heroes that I would highly recommend to anyone who is now putting their gilds into the 'Rangers' (Atlas, Terra, etc.) but that anyone not quite up to this point should wait as it wont be very efficient to buy Iris that early on. Iris as an ancient, basically let's you save some time straight after ascensions by skipping the amount of monster stages that you level it up by.

Iris is an awesome ancient for this purpose and if you're worried about losing hero souls when you level Iris past 100, you really shouldn't worry about it as if your Iris is 100, an extra few hundred/thousand souls shouldn't really effect you.

Cash earned after clicking a clickable (after ascension)
There is one thing you need to make sure to do when upgrading Iris however, and that is that you almost need to click a clickable right after you ascend so that you can upgrade a character high enough to continue on at your Iris level.

Well, that's all from me today. I hope you enjoyed and learned something new about this incredible Ancient, Iris.

Thanks,
- Deefooty

Solforge!

So, I've been playing a bit of another steam game recently called, Solforge. This game is very similar to Scrolls and Hearthstone and is a card game of sorts.

The idea behind Solforge is that you play cards that have health and deal certain amounts of damage and you have to try and bring your opponents health to 0. However, they will be trying to do the same. Solforge also contains a levelling system, in which, every time you play a card, you get a levelled version put in your deck which becomes available after a certain number of turns.

To make the game more interesting, instead of just putting out your strongest monsters, there are also spells which can be used to benefit you or to de-buff your enemies monsters or their health itself.

Really, it's not incredibly easy to explain (but I will try to do so in future posts) so I personally suggest getting it on steam (or from the app/play store) and trying it out for yourself, I'm sure you'll enjoy :)

Well, thank you for reading and I hope you enjoyed. Thanks for reading!

Until next time!

Back to Terraria EP01

My last post was about a game that I found called Terraria. I loved that game so much that I have decided to start recording a game play series for Terraria. I have recorded Episode One and here it is.

In this episode I decided to check out the world and build some houses. I find many interesting things like demon altars, a slimy staff, a golden squirrel and I even end up drowning.

I had alot of fun making this video and I hope you have just as much fun watching it. Please comment what you think I should do in future videos and please subscribe to our channel.

Clicker Heroes: Patch 0.20!

Hey everyone, I'm back and here to talk about the new Clicker Heroes update, Patch 0.20! As you can tell, I am a big fan of this game and am happy to see constant updates so to keep the game feeling fresh and new.

This new update is definitely a good one due to the fact that it lets you play with friends and other players with the introduction of the new 'Clans' feature. It lets you fight in daily challenges against 'Immortals' and lets you chat to other clan members.

There are a two ways you can join a clan which is to find one by searching, or to create your own for 50 Gems. The game however, still keeps it fair (daily challenge wise) as when you find a clan, it matches you to clans with members that have similar highest zones.

This update was definitely a great one and I think the best way to understand it is to get in there and play on either steam, or at www.clickerheroes.com

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed!

Until next time!

Clicker Heroes: Gilded Heroes!

Hey everyone, today I'm here to talk to you about a certain aspect of Clicker Heroes which is Gilds. Gilds aren't so important in the early game and only really become relevant once you hit the Mid Game which is where I'm currently at.

Gilds are things that you can buy for 30 gems at the shop, or can be received every 10 levels (as long as you haven't reached that stage previously) that give your heroes a +50% increase in damage per gild. This number can be increased however through the use of Argaiv, Ancient of Enchantment.

My Gilds so far are as follows...

Samurai: 10
Atlas: 10
Terra: 141

Why these and why so many into Terra?

Well, Samurai is the most cost efficient hero up until you reach Atlas 1000 so it makes sense to put gilds into him to begin with. Samurai is so good that he is the best cost for DPS (Damage Per Second) efficient hero until he reaches level 2525. After this you go to Atlas 1525 then continue with that for each of the heroes after (these aren't exact but are fairly accurate (info from here)).

This strategy works really well for me and I am progressing steadily using the calculator and keeping my gilds up to date. I recently passed stage 1400 and will maybe to an update at stage 1500 so stay tuned for that.

Thanks very much for reading and I hope you enjoyed!

Clicker Heroes: The Calculator

It was actually a while before I discovered the wonder of this beautiful tool for Clicker Heroes. I found it after going through some reddit posts, and have been using it ever since.

It works by taking your copied save or your in-putted data and gives you a most efficient way to spend your hero souls and who to put your gilds into and also which relics to salvage! It really is a very useful tool.

Apart from these factors, it also gives you an optimal level to ascend, an estimated time and a number of souls per hour that you should be receiving. On top of all of this, it also gives you ancient suggestions should you feel like you want to buy one.

The calculator can be found here.

How to get your save data? Click these in order...

Now you can close the save prompt because...

Now you can simply follow the listed improvements and start progressing (for me at least) waaaay faster!

Thanks a bunch for reading and I hope this helped!

Until next time!

Clicker Heroes: Level 1200 & Achievements

Well, It's been a long journey up to this point but I have made it past level 1200 which not only is a huge milestone in itself, but is also a huge milestone achievement wise!

Hitting level 1200 has been a great milestone for me as it makes me feel like through all these hours I have played, I am definitely making steady progress. My main strategy after ascending is to buy 1 level into everyone up to Frostleaf, then upgrading everyone to level 200 and buying all upgrades. After this I put my money into Samurai until he reaches 2525 which is when I start putting my money into Atlas.

This strategy works well as I have my gilds into Samurai and Atlas to speed things up.

Another great thing about this milestone is the achievement itself.

Not only do I get an extra 5% DPS increase, but I have unlocked a new section of the achievements.

These achievements are gained for every 200 levels passed after level 1000 and are some of the last achievements I have to get. In fact, apart from the level achievements, I only have to ascend, find relics and kill bosses!

That's all from me for today on Clicker Heroes. I hope you enjoyed!

Until next time!

Clash of Clans: The Crystal League - Finally!

Hi all,

I just thought I'd drop by and share a realisation that I had the other day.  I am mid level 60s and I've been ramping up the Wizards and Healers, now that I have Level 5 Wiz, Archers and Giants.  Picking the right fight made for an easy win.  My trophy count was rising rapidly, but I still needed more cash to upgrade my defences and to keep that Research Center chugging away upgrading my army.

So, there I was, rapidly rising in the Trophy stakes from a lowly Gold Level 2 to a CRYSTAL LEVEL 3! Whoohoo! There is my new achievement and 250 gems, thanks very much.

But you know what?  It was started to get harder to find the right base to attack.  My minimum criteria of 200K Gold and 200K Elixir was starting to become more difficult to find.

I didn't really notice that much at first, but once I hit 2000 trophies, it was becoming really very obvious!  I had just marvelled at maxing out my 4M Gold and 4M Elixir only days earlier, but after spending those hard earned amounts, it was becoming a feat impossible to repeat!

And then I noticed something else.

No longer would the bad guys lie in wait and let me build my new army and quest again.  No, this time they were there, hiding around the camp, until we came home.  With my Barbarian King settling down for a hard earned nap, and my clan castle not always stocked to the brim...they were coming...from all over the planet, they were coming for me!

It was literally within minutes of finishing a fight when the first wave of attacks came through.  I know, I was sitting there like a big fat turkey, but as one who was very unused to feeling like this, it was quite shock!

Fortunately, my defence worked reasonably well and I kept them down under 40% with only moderate losses.  Time to get some more Clan Castle troops and reset some traps!

Then came the next attack - and the next!

It was mad.  Every 10 mins another attack came through until my base, alone and defenceless finally fell...and it fell hard.

I checked my Gold and Elixir levels and was stunned to see how much they had been reduced by those attacks.  And from that point onwards, every time I ran out of shield - there they were again, the bad guys, ready to pounce!

It was then that I realised I needed a new tactic.

It seems that shields are actually useful at this level - at least until you can get your defences maxed and even then...

Let's just say, I soon realised it was good to lose a fight by a very small margin, with minimum loot losses, then take the 12hr shield!

So, the Crystal League - pleasure and pain...it is where the real Clash of Clans challenge starts.

...more later...

Clicker Heroes: Relic Drops

Hey everyone! I'm back today with another Clicker Heroes post. In this post I'm going to be talking about relics and going over a few relic drops I've gotten recently.

Here is the first relic I found:

This relic is actually fairly good for me. The extra boss time is always helpful especially considering its so high, the other good things about this relic are the hero cost and treasure chest chance. Since I have Dora max, this is just a bonus and the hero cost is small but is useful.

Relic 2:

This relic is very handy yet again however I had a relic exactly the same just different looking. I decided to keep this one for the looks though :)

Relic 3:

This relic is absolute garbage. Seriously. As soon as I got this, I just salvaged. I mean, come on. Super Click duration and a minuscule amount of idle dps is just nothing compared to my current.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed.

Until next time!
