Introducing Terraria

Terraria is a 2D plat-former game that is similar to Minecraft. You must build a shelter and weapons to survive as you mine and discover amazing new things scattered throughout your world. In Terraria their is a huge range of things to do like mine, build, explore or even fight bosses!

Unlike Minecraft, when you start in your world you are given a few basic tools to help you. A pickaxe, an axe and a sword. You are given these to survive your first night, even if that means hiding in a hole in the ground, or fighting for your life against flying eyeballs and zombies.

But Terraria is not only about fighting bosses or exploring because you can also gather NPCs or defend against waves of invaders like a goblin army or a band o thieving pirates. Many of the NPCs you gather can be very useful, like the nurse, who can heal you in battle. But to be able to gather NPCs you must first fill in their criteria. For example, you can obtain a clothier once you have defeated skeletron, a giant, flying skeleton head and hands, and you have an empty room for him.

Clicker Heroes

Hi everyone! I'm Deefooty and this will be my first post on the AGG Blog! I will try to include video clips in a lot of my posts so I hope you enjoy!

This first post will be on a game I have been playing more and more of recently, Clicker Heroes! This seemingly pointless idle game has turned out to be incredible fun and I just love seeing those hero soul and gold numbers gain! This game is definitely not for everyone at first glance but I highly recommend trying it out, you might surprise yourself! You can play the game at either www.clickerheroes.com or download it for free on steam. The game was also recently released to mobile for both Apple and Android devices.

The aim of clicker heroes is to click on monsters to damage them then spend the gold gained by defeating them to make your clicks do more or your DPS increase. DPS is damage automatically done to enemies and can be increased by buying any hero excluding Cid who boosts clicks.

Once you've progressed far enough and progress is beginning to slow, you may want to ascend which restarts your game but in turn gives you hero souls which can be used as a source of DPS increase or can be spent on ancients which can benefit you in many different ways.

There is a lot more to Clicker Heroes and I will continue to explain more parts in more depth later on.
